Carolyn Whealan-Andersson & Maia Highsmith will talk about "Creating an Herb Tea Garden" tomorrow, 9-11 a.m. at the Carriage House of the Gamble Garden Center, 1431 Waverley St., Palo Alto. Cost is $25 for non-members, $20 for members. In addition to talking about growing culinary and medicinal herbs, the instructors will discuss the design and plantings, then tour the new Tea Garden at Gamble.
